Chefs –bring your culinary skills to the center of it all. Help us be even more successful. You are needed for banquets & concessions and your ideas are welcome.

Prep workers –bring your skills to help the Chef expedite the day and weekly functions. Also includes cleaning, prep, etc…

Dish room staff –need the ability to work quickly. But with quality! You will be working with a high temp system for banquets and concessions included.

Club & Suite service –servers & bartenders with the will to give quality service of cocktail’s & food service

Other areas of interest

Bartenders, Concessions workers, Stockers for bars & concessions,

Set up crew –hours vary for all positions some days and some nights

May be required to work in adverse weather, stand and walk for long periods, and frequently perform heavy lifting. These positions are located at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. Some positions require applicants to be 21 years of age (BFOQ-Bona fide occupational qualification).

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE: Effective January 1, 1994, a pre-employment drug screen is required prior to employment in any posted City position. A confirmed positive drug screen or evidence of applicant tampering with the sample will be basis for denial of employment for a period of six months from the date of testing.
